This annual event was held at Watakatifu Wote Senta (WWS), Ngong from 18th to 20th December 2025. Being the premier diocesan decision making body, delegates were drawn from the Deanery Executive members and diocesan executive members .

The occasion was officially opened by the Diocesan CMA Chaplain, Fr Boniface Mukwe, who in his opening remarks touched on issues regarding men participation in spiritual matters, commitment to the association activities, the forthcoming election of officials, leadership guidelines that he had already developed, among others.

The chaplain also thanked men for their participation in the Diocesan Mass which had the best turnout this year ever and the deanery masses which were held in the year, and their contributions towards the Diocesan shrines in Mulot, Namanga and Kajiado which has already gone a long way towards their development. He also asked men to make three days of the year special in order that the presence of men may be felt. These days are March 19th , which is the feast of  St Joseph the Husband of Blessed Virgin Mary(HBVM), 1st of May, The feast of St Joseph the worker, and Fathers day which falls on 20th of June every Year.

His Lordship, Bishop of Ngong Diocese, Rt Rev Oballa Owaa also graced he meeting and spent a lot of time listening to the discussion especially on the ratification of the Diocesan guidelines. He emphasized that men should participate more physically in the Diocesan Family Day, clad in their suits. He also reiterated that there was a threat to our faith as, for example, our muslim brothers were tending to increase mosques in our midst and that we should ensure we carry out measures to ensure our congregants are not persuaded to stray away.

The issue of projects such as the thorny issue of the fence around the Bishop's residence and Emakoko shamba came up. it was noted that we still had not started the fence eight years from when we decided to take it up. The latter (Emakoko) had not been started in spite of being in the hands of men for the last 25 years. The bishop requested written proposals, with three options indicating financial benefit projections, be presented before he makes a decision.

The chairman in his report touched on registration, training and commissioning, the need for active participation in national events, such as Night Vigil, Pilgrimage to Subukia Shrine and National Prayer Day,

For the first time the Finances at the diocesan level were presented in a very clear and concise manner, thanks to the fact that all moneys were now channeled directly to the bank and an able treasurer to present the figures. A budget was consequently agreed on.

The plenary ratified the new guidelines which would be updated every four yeas, raised the membership fee to cover the diocesan and Family day costs. It also mandated the CMA Secretary at every level to be the point men in forwarding media clips and accompanying stories on any evet that happens in their area, to the webmaster
