The annual event was held on 7th May 2021, at St Mary's Kiserian, celebrated by the main celebrant, Vicar General Ngong Diocese, Fr John Nteseya.
It was attended by representatives from all thirteen constituent Parishes to the tune of two hundred strong, with the exception of Ewasu Parish.
The CMA Chaplain Fr Boniface Mukwe, in the synodal themed homily, urged men to remember that they were key in their homes as leaders, similarly in small christian communities and the church at large. Without participation would not have community and Gods mission. He reiterated that men must be committed by participating then moving together.
The chaplain also brought to the attention of those in attendance that there were three types of men, namely those who are tired, those who are tiresome and others who are tireless. He asked men not to give up in our responsibilities like those who are tired. Neither should men become a burden to the others but carry their own weight. The best option was for men to remain tireless in their duties as priests, protectors, providers and guides of their households, and this should extend to the small christian communities and churches. Men were also asked to reach out to their fellow men and be their brothers keepers in ensuring that all participate.
