Kisumu 'Dala' was the city where this years national event took place, specifically at the Tumsifu Center (Goan Institute), on the 16th of September, 2023.
Kisumu Archdiocese consists of Dioceses of Kisumu, Eldoret, Kisii, Lodwar, Kakamega, Bungoma, Homabay and Kitale and is one of the four Ecclesiastical Provinces of Kenya.
The main celebrant, most Rev Maurice Muhatia Makumba, Archbishop of Kisumu Archdiocese, assisted by Rt Rev Joseph Mwongela, Bishop of the Diocese of Kitui and Chairman of Commission of Pastrol, Lay Apostolate and Family in KCCB, led the sea of almost six thousand men in their annual event to seek God's face. They were also accompanied by Fr Kilonzo, Executive Secretary in the Commission for Pastrol, Lay Apostolate and Family, among many other clergy in this auspicious occasion.
