It was a wet morning of Saturday, 19th October, 2019, when all roads for Catholic Men in the Diocese led to Ngong Cathedral, the venue for the Climax event in the Diocese, organised by Catholic Men Association of Kenya – Ngong Diocese, the Diocesan Men Mass.

The occasion was graced by His Lordship, John Oballa Owaa, the Bishop of Ngong Diocese as the main celebrant. Other Clergy included Fr Mukwe, CMA Ngong Diocese Chaplain, Fr Thomas Okello Parish Priest  Kibiko, Fr Francesco from Mashuuru, Fr Paul Sane-Kibiko, Fr Antepas Hamisi – St Mary’s Ongata Rongai, Fr Domingos From Namanga, Fr Sankale, Fr Moses from Kiserian Seminary, Fr John Kariuki – Dean, Ngong Deanery.

Diocesan Annual General Assembly (AGA) 2018 was unique as it was the best attended ever in the history of the diocese. It was attended by twenty eight delegates from seventeen (17) Parishes most of whom spent the night at the Watakatifu Wote Senta(WWS). This was following the previous year’s revelation and resolution that one day was not enough to accomplish the matters at hand. In terms of Deaneries, Ngong was represented by sixteen (16) delegates, narok four (4) delegates, Loitokitk Deanery by seven (7) delegates and Kilgoris Deanery by one (1) delegate. Kajiado Deanery the newest in the Diocese was not represented

In a colorful ceremony hosted by St Cecelia, Isinya Parish on 21st March, 2026, the annual Deanery Mass was held. Isinya town is 58km south of Nairobi and 19 km from Kajiado town, on the Nairobi Arusha highway.
